The location was excellent, central and convenient. The staff were friendly, helpful and spoke English well. The room was clean, modern and had a comfortable bed. The owner provided great recommendations for local restaurants and sights. The B&B had a boutique feel and attention to detail. Breakfast was delicious with homemade pastries. The location was quiet despite being in the heart of Bologna. The amenities such as hot water, A/C, and TV worked well.

the service was impeccable, and the leisure room was a delightful way to unwind. Our room was spectacular with private facilities that made our experience even more exclusive. the bar and lounge area were perfect for a nightcap after exploring the city, and the breakfast had a fantastic variety of options. the location was perfect with easy access to all the attractions.
The only minor issue we encountered was some noise in the morning, which woke us up earlier than we would have liked.
